Went to true food kitchen on a Monday for the first time and I had an excellent experience. My server Jonny, was very attentive and quick to get my panini and Apple lemonade I ordered. The food was excellent. Easily recommend.

Good and service was fantastic! Navi was friendly and gave us great personal recommendations. He really made our double birthday dinner a memorable one. My favorites were the edamame dumplings and the squash pie. Both Navi's recommendation. Had a taste of his other recommendation, the sea bass, and it was clean tasting with great flavor. Will definitely come back for both dinner and even just house made drinks. The Tee Time was my favorite. Another great part, no sodas or fried foods offered. Kids never even noticed. My son was silent throughout most of the meal. Meant he really enjoyed it.

I recently dined at True Food Kitchen in Gaithersburg and our server was William, who provided great recommendations; Charred Cauliflower appetizer, Poke Bowl, Spicy Panang Curry and delicious watermelon lemon aid. The food and service were a 10 . William was attentive, efficient, polite and engaging. This was my first visit to True Food Kitchen and I look forward to going back again soon.

Love True Food Kitchen! It has really fresh food and Makayla provided great service; always kept our glasses full and made sure we had whatever we needed. The atmosphere is open and airy. Lovely place for sitting outside.

We hosted my friend’s Bridal Shower Brunch at the Rio location in July. All the managers I communicated with leading up to the Bridal Shower were so pleasant and accommodating. They gave us such a nice private spot which allowed it to feel like an intimate brunch. The servers were so charismatic and kind that we even ended up taking a group picture with them! Such sweet guys. And of course the food and drinks were so fresh, colorful, and delicious!! Highly recommend it!
