WARNING: just when you thought it was safe to give honest one star reviews. I gave this vet a one star after awful service from one reception staff and one vet, who has now moved on. I could no l longer go there just for a worm script for my dog. Once you put in a one star, they take you off their system. They do not appreciate honest reviews.

The best vets I've used. Even my husky x loves going. All I have to say is :let's go see katy" and she runs to the door with her lead. If a dog is excited for a visit to the vets, it's definitely a good one. Just had her spayed and the team were as excellent and helpful as ever. Thankyou

Great service, you walk in and you are greeted by the friendly receptionist. I have rabbits and not every vet knows what to do (the previous vet didn't really have a lit of experience with rabbit) but the vet did a quick check up before giving him his vaccination. Everyone was really friendly and super helpful.

Sadly our second guinea pig died and we brought it to the vet for communal cremation. The receptionist who was friendly could not select the small animal cremation option and no vet was present to assist. We decided then to pay the cremation charge for large animals with the understanding to get reimbursed for the overcharge the following day when the vet was back in. To our surprise, the vet let us know that they charge now flat cremation rates regardless of the animal ... in our case this resulted in being charged 3x the typical charge. Not happy! Update: after some time the group reviewed our case and reimbursed us. Thank you!

I have been with this vet for a year but have decided to look for another vet. The care for my dog is fine, but he is a younger dog without health issue anyway. Two items have inspired me to look elsewhere. One of the senior admin staff is down right rude. Once, I rang up about work experience for my child and you'd think I'd asked her for a kidney! Got her again today at reception and still the same abrupt rudeness. Next issue: it seems the vets' primary concern is making money. I needed a script for an ear infection (floppy eared dogs often get moisture under ears and get discharge). Even though I had paid for a visit less than a week before his ear infection started, I still had to pay to see him again. Then, I ask for the larger bottle but that rude vet nurse insisted they could only prescribe 15ml so I would have to come back and get charged again for another 15ml prescription. Grow up people! Have you noticed we don't all live in your bubble of 'let's give all our money to the vet."
