I dont normally give reviews but I really want to express how grateful and happy I am with Natalie Domazet's professionalism, caring, support, extensive knowledge and superior litigation skills after getting my IAD appeal allowed but even more remarkable is that historically the IAD had no jurisdiction to hear an appeal on misrepresentation before sponsorship until 2022 when the Federal Court of Canada wisely interpreted the IRPA and created jurisprudence going forward. Natalie's diligence, experience and commitment articulated the Federal Court's decision and demonstrated for the very first time to the IAD that these sponsorships based on H&C grounds had total jurisdiction for appeals under the IAD. I am not a lawyer but I believe Natalie set IAD case law for future complex sponsorships. Not for nothing Natalie told me that she would give 100% after taking my appeal. She gave 200%. I would also like to thank Sonia for her previous submissions and presented evidence to the post office, it helped guiding the IAD member's decision.
