I can tell Natalie and Nima did an amazing job, put in a lot of hours of work and got our case approved. Our family sponsorship case was rejected due to insufficient income(apperently EI doesnt count despite that I received confirmation from IRCC that it does before submitting sponsorship application). If I was to provide some feedback, I wish there was more frequent communication, or in person communication. We never had the pleasure of a video or phone call during our case after the initial consultation and we only ever communicated via email.
