I don’t now how to thank this firm. Words are not enough. I got my study permit after 3 refusals !!! Yes they are very expensive, but at least you can be 90% sure that you will get good news. After my case, I trusted them, and hired them for my spouse application too. He also has 4 refusal :) he applied with another Canadian firm and nothing. but after judicial review through Matkowsky’s, we got a settlement offer in only 17 days !
