My case was one of the complicated and strange ones, as my application for PR was delayed for no particular reason, and it was very difficult to get hold of cic since I was applying outside Canada. This is an outstanding law firm that helped us reapply for a study permit after my sister got rejected the first time around when we applied without the help of a lawyer. Their fees are slightly higher than some of the 'larger volume' immigration lawyer services, but worth every penny. We got professional, timely responses to all our queries and they were available for us to research all our options when pursuing all our options, especially during COVID. I also liked that they were very honest about the probability of the outcome and did not seem 'pushy' to get us to pursue a more expensive option, but rather just focused on the option that would get us the highest probability of success.
