Had a fantastic experience with this firm for my PR. From the first phone call to the final meeting to pick up my documents, they were very professional yet personable. Their file submission system is streamlined and they offer very clear instructions throughout the process. I was very stressed as I had unsuccessfully applied for PR before and my work permit was nearing its expiration. I was also having some technical issues with my CIC account, and getting tech support answers through CIC channels can be an ordeal, especially when time is of the essence. Maria, the consultant assigned to my case was very professional and prompt to answer my emails and address my concerns. Thanks to them, I was able to obtain my permanent residence ahead of the expected time and can now call Canada home!

Sonia & her associates were extremely professional and guided me in my husbands spousal appeal case. Without Sonia’s guidelines & expertise it would’ve been very difficult to win the Appeal :) I thank Sonia & Gina for their continuous support in the entire process - from the time of filing the Appeal to the positive decision of the case. The times I would be stressed out Gina would be very patient & answer all my concerns. Words cannot express how thankful & blessed I am to have worked with Sonia. And I would recommend Matkowsky Firm to anyone looking around for legal assistance. When I chose Sonia & her firm - I had researched approx 10 lawyers and visited each of them. Plus the additional numerous phone calls I made to many law firms to find the personnel who I knew I wanted to represent my case.

Matkowsky Immigration Law Firm is the best for any kind of Canadian visa / immigration related support. They are very professional and best guide. I applied along with my son and daughter for TRV in September 2019 but got refused. Our travel history was not that strong. And we planned to visit Canada with my husband who have got approved his TRV in September 2018 through the “Matkowsky Immigration Law” and already visited toronto once. Me and my children were very hurt when informed the TRV was refused. However, firstly Mr. Benjamin & then finally Ms. Sonia discussed over the phone from Canada about the process of Judicial Review (JR) and advised my husband to go for JR. My husband had very strong faith on Sonia’s words and agrees to started the JR process immediately after the refusal. It took about three months and Benjamin was keeping us updated regularly on all matters. Finally, with a skilled and experienced steps of Sonia, all of us got the settlement order at the middle stage of the JR process from department of justice for reevaluate the TRV applications and it was “APPROVED” without no hindrance in December 2019. We are very grateful to “MATKOWSKY IMMIGRATION LAW” for their all efforts. I thank Mr. Benjamin a lot for his sincerity and seriousness always. I am grateful to Sonia for her positive words spoken to my husband regarding the JR. I would highly recommend this firm for any Canadian Immigration related service.
