I reached out via email because we are living in Saudi Arabia and needed advice. I was very pleasantly surprised that I received answers to my questions very quickly. Mr. Jakebek was very friendly, helpful, and provided me with answers that were concise and easy to understand. I am most impressed by his being so willing to take the time to help me.

They did a great job helping me to get the working Visa, Alan speaks spanish , and when I had a question , I call him, and he guide me to get the necessary paperwork , as resume, engineering degree, Canadian Visa ( eTA) also they gave me a guide on what to do and how to pay after they approve the Visa.
