I had a time-sensitive US immigration-related enquiry so I signed up for a 30-min consultation session with Amanda. They are knowledgeable with the subject so I am generally satisfied with this vendor.
As usual, lawyers have penchance for verbose disclaimers in their answers, so I suggest sponteneity to interrupt if you do this and find their answers drifting away from the subject.
The only drawback is, it took us 10 minutes (out of 30) for them to fully grasp my complex situation (situation is always complex if one signs up for these costly sessions instead of Google), and it would be great if they added a link for me to submit some backgroun info (based on my limited dataset of 5 vendors in GTA one of the vendors I didn't go with, actually has a link to upload files) . This will save us both a lot of time (we were 5 min over)
