I can’t recommend them highly enough, absolutely first class from booking to collection, kept me well informed and both drivers were a credit to the company. Clean vehicles smart friendly drivers, what’s not to like, price wise nobody got even close. Exceptional customer service too from the office.

The level of service was above and beyond. There was a massive dump of snow in La Plagne (one meter plus) on the day we were due to travel Lyon airport. The roads were blocked with snow and fallen trees. The driver and operator stayed in regular contact and while we were preparing to rebook accommodation and flights the driver arrived like a hero at the door and got us to the airport ! Excellent service -will use again.

Excellent experience starting with the booking process to final drop off. Timely and helpful communication that included where to grocery shop enroute was very appreciated. Pick up at the busy Geneva airport was easy, on time. Outstanding driving skills made us feel very safe at all times. I had an exceptional experience working with this company. They were highly responsive from the very first email. We needed a shuttle van from GVA to the French Alps, and they were incredibly accommodating. The driver was punctual, waiting for us right at the airport, and even assisted with our luggage. Everything was seamless from start to finish – truly a fantastic experience! I will definitely book with them again and highly recommend them.

I wanted to commend you on having such exemplary drivers. Davis, collected me from Geneva on the 10th October, and even before he met me at the airport, he was already demonstrating a level of service above and beyond that I have not seen in a very long time. He was incredibly organised and thoughtful in his preparation to collect me at the airport. Upon meeting each other I had run out of battery and he assured me it was no problem that I could borrow his as mine did not have the correct USB. Needed a last-minute transfer from Les Arc to Lyon airport. Filled an online inquiry and got a friendly call back after a few minutes—which was late evening for them as I was in the USA. Gentleman on the phone gave me plenty of assurance that they would take extra care of my daughter on her first solo trip. After another few minutes got an email with pickup time and location, my driver’s name and phone number and an easy link for payment. Next day I got a call from the driver and again plenty of assurance that he’d take good care of his passenger. Which he did. And he also called me after dropping her at the terminal. Please send me a link for tipping and be ready to pick her up again next time. Thank you for a caring service.
