It starts with the first contact... Shannon. She knows more about garage floors and cabinets that I would ever care to know. You can tell she has done her homework and that she cares for the well being of the project. She feels more like a partner in the process, rather than a person developing the service. Then the technicians are amazing. The quality and the time they spend to create this space is amazing. I highly recommend giving this company an opportunity to increase the value of your home. I am blessed connecting with this company.

We had Garage Experts coat our garage floor and front porch. They also installed overhead storage racks in the garage. Alex was very prompt and professional when he came out to consult with us. He had great ideas and was very helpful in making a decision on which products to use. Pricing is very fair and competitive. Service was done on time, and work area cleaned. We are happy that we chose Garage Experts and we highly recommend them.

Shannon and Alexander were such a pleasure to work with. We were looking for a custom flake epoxy for both our garage floors, and Shannon was able to provide us with an array of options that met our needs. She was very upfront and honest about options that would work vs. those that could potentially be problematic.
They were extremely reasonably priced; their customer service is second to NONE! This husband & wife team are AWESOME and totally earned our business, so much so, we are recommending them to all our new neighbors and friends!
Even though they are based in Lakeland, there was no issue whatsoever with location or communication!! They even met us at a Starbucks in Citrus Park to show us some options!!
Fast forward 3 months and I can tell you our floors still look AMAZING even after parking wet cars on them!
Do yourself a favor, and call this dynamic duo today!!!

GarageExperts® of Lakeland did a great job on the epoxy my floor it was done the right way and very professional. There were so many cracks and nail holes on the floor and garage experts were able to fix it all. I love my garage floor now I highly recommend them.

Garage Experts of Lakeland did the epoxy coating on my garage floor, installed garage cabinets, a garage workbench, a rugged (coated) workbench tabletop, and even helped me with a cabinet that I owned that was damaged in shipping.
From the beginning (when I was still in another state), Alex and Shannon have been very attentive to my wants and needs. Their communication was excellent. I was moving into a new build house and wanted the garage finished before I moved. I thought I knew what I wanted, but after seeing the pictures Alex sent me of my garage (in construction phase), I decided I needed to wait until I actually got to Florida to design the garage cabinets. Alex and Shannon were patient with me and kept communicating even though I was delaying the project about 1-2 months.
Alex completed my flooring the day after I arrived in Florida so it would be ready when the movers arrived, and came back a few weeks later to install the cabinets. The cabinets are just what I wanted and look great. Garage Experts of Lakeland were the only company that would allow me to have different colors on the sides and fronts of my cabinets without adding an enormous amount to the cost. Alex customized my cabinets to fit an exact (odd) space that I had in my garage between the electrical panel and an outlet. My flooring looks awesome and matches my cabinets.
I couldn’t be happier with how my cabinets and flooring turned out. If you are searching for a company that takes pride in their work, has great customer service, shows up on time, is respectful of your property, and cleans up after themselves then Garage Experts of Lakeland (Alex and Shannon) is who you want.
I haven’t been able to unpack my things into the garage cabinets yet. I will update my review to include durability once I unpack and am actually using the cabinets.
