We purchased a new home which had a two car garage floor that needed to be resurfaced. Our previous home required me to sweep and clean the floor every week to remove tire tracks, dirt, etc. Garage Expert installed our garage floor in June and I have only swept and cleaned the garage floor three times from June to December. I had to search for most of the spots I cleaned. The floor performance has exceeded my expectations.

I was given Garage Experts of Lakeland as a recommendation from a neighbor , I normally get 3 companies in for an estimate to see who I feel would be best for me. This project I had 2 and Kevin was my second company and after meeting with Kevin there was no need for a 3rd. His professional manner was above and beyond any other companies front man. I was excited at first that he just showed up on the day he said and at the exact time he said. Amazing.
Then the work ethic of this guy is just out of this world. I could only wish my other home renovations would go half as smooth as this went. Kevin, the owner, is so very knowledgeable in the garage floor coating industry. In other industry’s such as auto painting or furniture finishes prep work of the surface is the most important for the final outcome. Being said, shouldn’t a concrete floor be properly prepped? This is where Kevin in very knowledgeable and excels in prepping the concrete floor. As far as applying the base epoxy, the color flakes and the top clear coat Kevin is meticulous. He is cautious not to get epoxy anywhere but the floor. The finished product exceeded all of my expectations. Kevin’s work is worth every penny spent!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
