Nothing but problems from Day 1! Brent sold me a car with a broken key (it did not match the door lock and only worked in the engine and the chip part of the key was falling off) Not even 2 hours after I drove off the lot I had to call a locksmith to make a remote key because the key he gave me did not work in my door! Never told me not to lock it or anything! So I took him the receipt to reimburse me and he said it would take a MONTH for corporate to write me a check! So here I am a month and 4 days later with no calls from them! I called and Brent said he would look into it and call me by 7pm... No call made to me! Terrible Customer Service. Not only that but I still can't get a time to rekey my door lock because I have to WORK on the one day they have a locksmith who never comes at the same time every week! Oh and less than 48 hours after I bought it my engine light went on. Took it to get fixed at their Elkhart location TWICE before they actually replaced the part! The problem caused me to go through 2 tanks of gas a week just with me driving to home and work. Then when I asked to be reimbursed for my wasted gas for a problem they should have fixed the FIRST TIME they told me there's no way to prove it and basically said it was how I drive. Funny I only go through 1 tank a week after they fixed it though! I DO NOT recommend these shady people!
