UPDATED AFTER INITIAL RECOMMENDATION: Everything seemed picture perfect the day I got my vehicle from RightWay in South Bend, INFound out later that I missed a few things that were slid by me by the salesman. I was told they would “take care” of my current outstanding loan on my trade in. They actually paid me $5,000 and slid the other $3,000 into the new loan without completely showing me this. I asked about interest rate and they told me a lower percentage than I actually had are the paperwork that they failed to walk me through.
They say 70 point inspection but my check engine light came on the very next day. It is the catalytic converter and I have now had it into the auto shop 4x under the warranty without it being fixed. 1st time RightWay had them clean it out but light came back on, 2nd time RightWay never approved the work so it sat there, 3rd time RightWay had the oxygen sensor replaced but light came back on, and 4th time RightWay never provided the catalytic converter to the shop to complete the job.
I have had my vehicle for less than 40 days and no idea when they are going to fulfill their commitment to fixing my vehicle by calling the auto shop back. I have spoken to the sales consultant-Brent, head sales manager-David, and their corporate contact over recruitment and social media-Brian. All these individuals will not return a call, a text, or an email to me.
