I paid $250 for a 30-minute consultation, but John took well over 1 hour to dissect every aspect of my case with IRCC. Well, I have one thing to say, if you are here just to get some reassurance of Matkowsky’s diligence in Immigration matters. I can say you are in good hands. I started with Matkosky’s service in February 2020 with the help of a Judicial Review, my Study Permit was approved after 2 denials thanks to Gina You. I retained their services for my spouse's open work permit which was approved mid 2022 thanks to Katherine Filewych. I applied for my PGWP, and I was given 1 year instead of 3, after several emails to the IRCC, the officer was adamant and refused to issue my 3-year PGWP. I for a long time been trying very hard to fix an error that immigration Canada made on my date of birth upon coming to Canada. I am writing this review to express my sincere gratitude to Amanda Mitchell for her help in the filing of an open work permit and an inland spousal sponsorship application for my American partner. From the initial phone call consultation, it was already clear that she carried herself with a high degree of professionalism and was very knowledgeable in the specifics of immigrating between the United States and Canada. She answered all my initial questions and was very transparent about what future fees would be required should I choose to retain the services of her and her firm. Never once did I feel pressured into committing to anything either, which can be an issue when “shopping around” for legal counsel.
