Roots 89 Grill is so delicious. We were visiting friends and family in Springville UT. If you are ever in the area east of Spanish fork check out Roots. I had the 89 Burger, rosemary fries and garlic cheese curds. This place has everything you need in a classic diner and the garlic cheese curds are delicious. I love this quaint little diner and the owners are so nice! Also the ice-cream and shakes are delicious I had pumpkin spice ice-cream my son had a Kit Kat shake. So good!

I'm a big fan of the fresh sandwiches at the Corner Station Deli! The tasty bread options, selection of meats, cheeses, and vegetables, plus all their delicious sides add up to: Yum! I especially love their potato salad!! Something about it is wonderfully unique! They also have some special sodas and beverages, like the grape soda that's phenomenal! I recommend coming here a few times because there's so much to try. It may take a minute, but the service is friendly and the food is worth a little wait!
