I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received from this office. I had made this appointment to get a second opinion on a proposed root canal and a crown that is needed for a tooth. Dr. Assai Assadi examined the tooth and conducted several x-rays. She advised me on a course of action including a warning that the tooth is very fragile. She encouraged me to have the root canal done immediately and made a connection to another dentist that was close by. Besides her skill in repairing teeth, she is able to communicate with the patient in a way that you can understand the options. All of this gives the patient confidence that Dr. Assadi can be trusted to make the best effort to save this tooth. The staff also worked with me on the cost of the procedure and will be a big help in dealing with the insurance.

She called a colleague @ Alexandria Endodontics who did see me and resolved my problems. I sincerely appreciate Dr Assidi’s concern for me.
