I’m surprised by the reviews, we have a new family member went in to ask for a specific worming suspension, but just got a very semi dry no you need to see a vet ( haven’t chosen one yet though) …. And was sent on my way

Staff are very friendly and helpful. They are professional and took good care of my cat when she came in for an xray.
I've been going to my local Eastcote branch for years and they have always been very good, not only in taking care of my cat but also in helping me in processing my pet Insurance claims too.
