John Riley has been a great help to me in my search for good mental health. He's kind and listens to me both when I'm presenting issues as well as when I'm just asking questions.

Dr. Eccher is always patient and calm. I was at my wits end when I found her. My general practitioner was unwilling to try more than two anti-depressants, neither of which worked, both of which gave me side-effects. She told me to see a Psych, but I couldn’t find one in my area that was accepting both new patients and my insurance. I was reluctant to go online, I didn’t think it would be a good therapeutic option. I am so glad I was wrong! Dr. E walked me through multiple options and then chose a prescription she thought would work, and it did. It has been life changing. I am so grateful for her willingness to meet me where I was with peace and calm, no judgement. Thank you Dr. Eccher!(People often think I am a bit leaving fake messages because I write in full sentences. I am a real person. Just FYI. 🤣)

He took the time to explain medications and their side effects, and gave me options, which made me feel like I was part of the solution. I really appreciate Kimberly. She is always friendly and helpful during our sessions, and is always prompt and comprehensive in her responses to messages. While primarily offering guidance on medications, Kimberly has also been instrumental in helping me access the right types of therapy for my mental health issues, and is always happy to provide a little talk therapy during our sessions. She seems to really, genuinely care about my progress and my mental health, and is simply a pleasure to work with.

She is punctual and seems to go through her notes of our previous visit since she often asks follow up questions. She is also thorough as she talks about labs, scripts, and present state of mind. I enjoy our conversations (therapy sessions).
