My mom referred me to him because i've been having bad luck with dentists the last few years. His staff is very knowledgeable and so friendly. I love that they check on my comfort through the whole process. Dr.Drew explains everything he's doing so I can understand. I noticed that he reviews your chart a day before he sees you to make sure he's prepared. I felt like he listened to me which was huge because I wasn't at my last dentist. I was getting very discouraged with dentist's near me and afraid I wouldn't find one that did their job but I did! I highly recommend him.

Called them on an emergency extraction today at like 2:30 with immense pain, went in At 3:20 with no insurance and by 4:30 the tooth was out, and a reasonable fee paid. The doctor was incredibly soothing, so was Kim and Liana. Because Of this experience, I will be making them my family dentist. You're cheating yourself if you aren't using them, I promise you.

Greeted by a friendly receptionist and immediately brought back, although I was early for my appointment. The staff are amazing here, I've been coming here since I was a little girl. Fillings were done extremely fast and without pain. I was told I needed a crown by another dentist, who I wasn't familiar with. Dr Drew took pictures and X-rays of the tooth, which he showed to me and explained why I didn't actually need a crown (my tooth wasn't cracked, which is what I was told). I was impressed by Dr. Drew's expertise, professionalism and kindness. Also very flexible with scheduling and want to make it work for you as the patient.

Arriving at the office of Dr. Shane Drew for the first time, I was truly impressed with his ceramic art works in the waiting room. I can see patience and discipline without even personally meeting him yet. And I was right!
My husband was released from his 2 week hospitalization for home bound hospice. In this process, I lost his partial denture. This made us both sad because so many people love his smile while he plays the piano professionally as his job. I called Dr. Shane's office and they immediately booked us within 24 hour appointment. Dr. Drew treated my husband for a cosmetic dentistry with so much gentleness and compassion because he understands his pains from his cancer. My husband, Juan Perez, left his office with a brand new smile within an hour. And the blessing that Dr. Drew gave us that day continues...my husband gained back some strength because of renewed confidence. He is able to perform few hours a week to his favorite venues, Space Needle and El Gaucho.
