We had to import our cat to Japan. Dr.Richard Thomas has been very supportive and helpful all through the complicated process over several months. His thorough support meant that we had no issues with the Japanese animal quarantine service on arrival. We are grateful for his professionalism and we highly recommend the practice.

Our regular vet Richard at Goddard Dundonald Road surgery couldn't be better. Our dog loves her visits to him, and all her health issues have been dealt with quickly and completely . We've also benefited from advice at the out of hours service at Goddard Stone Lion which was also excellent.

Cannot recommend this practice enough. The staff are so welcoming and friendly and Richard is by far the best vet I’ve ever come across. My dog Ted absolutely loves him, as well as Stacey who gives him treats (he even knows where they are by now)! Having spent a lot of time back and forth over the last 12 months with Ted having recurring ear infections, I always leave feeling reassured that he’s had the best care possible. He’s assessed thoroughly, Richard takes his time, is extremely knowledgable and also very patient with not only my dog who’s a highly strung patient but with all of my questions too. If you want your pets to be in the best, most trusted hands - look no further. Thank you so much for everything you have done and continue to do for Ted!
