Flawless service and staff.
Experienced a breakdown in a Jeep. I had never even been to Garber Jeep, but it was the closest dealership according to Jeep, so I dialed them up. I spoke to Scott Nelson, Service Advisor, while waiting for Jeep roadside assistance. I explained my situation and probably shared much of my frustration with him. He was friendly, concerned and made a bad situation manageable over the phone.
When I arrived at the dealership- in the tow truck- Scott greeted me by name, received my vehicle and had a loaner waiting for me! I was back on the road quickly and actually enjoyed the experience and interaction. (Who enjoys an auto shop during a breakdown? It actually was enjoyable!)
Over the next two days Scott followed up with me consistently updating me with parts status and repair progress and had my vehicle washed and ready before he even estimated it would be!
Scott and Garber turned a really bad situation into a great experience, and earned a new service customer. Kudos to the staff and leadership of the service department, I’m very impressed. Thanks again Scott!
