Was told from another shop that I would need a new charge port, but they happened to be out of stock. They sent me to Gophermods, who cleaned my charge port and I was good to go. Saved me a good chunk of change. The cleaning was free of charge. I'll return in the event of a true broken phone.

Replaced my screen protector in about 15min. Excellent customer service. Lifetime free replacement for the screen protector - that's amazing! Very reasonably priced as well!

If I could rate it 10 stars I would. Hands down exceptional in every way - service, communication, follow-up, pricing - you name it, they are the best. My laptop took a dive, and as a contractor, if I don't work I don't get paid. Dell told me 2-3 weeks to get it looked at. Tanner and team had it back to me within 24 hours and made sure everything was working as I expected before I left the store. I highly recommend them, and I will certainly be back!
