I took my grandson’s PlayStation in to get fixed and figured it would cost megabucks to fix it. The gentleman working there suggested may be all we needed was a new cord. He took it in the back room and used their cord and came out and said it worked just fine. We did not bring our cords so we did not know. He said we could go to Walmart and purchase one for nine dollars. That is exactly what we did and the PlayStation is working again. He could’ve talked us into looking into it or doing a diagnostic, but he didn’t. We appreciate his honesty.

Friendly professional Staff Excellent customer service! Ps5 had disc drive problems they fixed it quickly within a week the cost was very reasonable and fair much cheaper than sending it to Sony. I've been doing business with them for a while they have always been reliable and were able fix whatever issue I had with my consoles. Highly recommend to anyone!

These folks do great work. I walked in and brought my Galaxy S9 in for a battery replacement and to remove the camera lens to remove some dust that got behind it. It was repaired in a couple hours. I can't think of anything more convenient. The pro stores don't even offer that. They barely have time to fix basic issues. I'm glad i have a friend in the phone business.

Fixed my iPad pro 12.9 in 2 days flat. Fixed my MacBook Pro battery in 1...very satisfied and will be back.

After being told by Best Buy That I needed a $400 repair, I came to Gophermods to schedule a repair for the lightning port of my iPhone. In 5 minutes my lightning port was cleaned and working, with no repair necessary. They were very courteous and wouldn’t accept any payment. When I do need a repair in the future I’ll use Gophermods.
