I did the latest software update on my iPhone which caused it to freeze. Being very low tech, I panicked. I brought my phone into Gophermods after hearing good reviews from a friend. They fixed it and then showed me how to do a hard reset in the future. They were very kind and most importantly did not talk down to me or make me feel bad for not knowing what to do. Gophermods was able to do a screen replacement on my iPhone for HALF the price of what Apple/Best Buy was asking for. It only took a few hours for my walk-in, day of. So happy my phone is working back to normal. Saved me from dropping a thousand on a new phone, so very happy to extend the life this phone! Couldn’t recommend them enough.
