Great customer service. Technician was not able to fix the issue, no network connection, which I suspected would be the case but I really was trying to avoid needing a new phone. After spending close to 30 minutes with my phone he did suggest a few less expensive phone options than buying new and there was no charge for his time and help. Highly recommend Gophermods

Just stopped in to see if they sold tools to clean out the lightning port on my iPhone. They do not, but they were happy to take a look and clean it out for me at no cost. Always appreciate service like that. Will try them again soon if needed.
