I took my iPad Pro in back in June due since it would no longer charge. The service tech was able to determine it was either a motherboard issue or the result of a faulty charging port. I elected to have the port replaced. I received the iPad a few days later with the new port installed and I haven’t had any issues since.
The service tech was friendly and more than willing to answer any of my questions. I was also able to walk-in, have it looked it at, and leave it there all in the same day. A week or so later I was contacted by a representative asking me if I was satisfied with their service. My experience was nothing but pleasant and I definitely recommend this business if your device needs to be serviced quickly and at a competitive price.
