They had never worked on a phone like mine before(Metro by T-Mobile, REVVL 4 ) and they fixed my charging port within 2 hours and we're very professional and helpful. I don't live close to here(MPLS) but I will come back whenever I need my electronics repaired. Excellent price too!

My phone wouldn't let me plug in my charger because something was stuck in the port. I contacted Gophersmods, and the personnel were extremely accommodating and friendly, allowing me to come in the same day. They removed whatever was in my port for free, and we’re really cool about everything. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars for the outstanding service they offered.

Went in with an older IPhone 7 that I was having issues with it charging. Instead of trying to sell me things maybe I didn’t need they took the time to really clean out the charging port and that was all it needed. I’ll definitely be using these guys again in the future. Thanks again

It is easy to give Gophermods 5 stars. The only thing I would change is I wish they were closer. But I will travel to them instead of walking across the street. I’ve been using them for like 6 years now. They are fast and the work is done right the first time. The price is competitive and the service is great.

Tanner helped me when I called and let me know exactly how Gophermods Apple Valley could fix my computer. He gave me the price and the amount of time it would take to fix. I took my computer in and everything was done exactly like I was told. Except it was fixed a day earlier than quoted! When I picked it up, Tanner helped me again. This time he performed some tests that showed that it was truly fixed. I had my phone fixed here a couple years ago also. I recommend Gophermod. They deliver what they say they can and will do with genuinely good service.

I went to Gophermods because my iPhone XR charging port had grown increasingly unreliable and was getting to where I wasn't sure each time that I could get it to take and start charging. I walked in and said I need a repair, replacement, or cleaning. Owen took a look and determined that I could get by with a cleaning. He went ahead and started cleaning it. A couple of minutes later he came back, plugged it in and verified it now worked, and then handed it back to me. I asked how much and he said that cleaning was no charge. They easily could have told me it needed a replacement and charged a few hundred dollars. Thanks Gophermods and Owen for treating me more than fairly and for simply and quickly solving my problem!
