The service is great. Phone was fixed in the exact specified time. Generally friendly staff. Highly recommended. I love the attention they pay to details on electronics.

Great service!! The gentleman that helped me stayed late on a Friday(on a holiday weekend) to let me pick up my items. He didn’t have to and I really appreciated it.

Repeat happy customer (3 refurbished phones bought and 2 laptops repaired). I really like to spend my dollars locally and I only get good and honest advice when picking up a new phone with these guys. Couldn’t have been easier or quicker. I stopped in to have an iPhone 8 Plus screen replaced simply for trade-in, expecting a bit of a hassle I suppose. Instead, we were greeted quickly and pleasantly, given a reasonable wait time (90 mins), and off we went. To my surprise, we were called about 45 mins later saying the phone was ready! When I came in to pick up the phone, Emma helped me and was incredibly polished and knowledgeable when walking me through the post-install process, and was delightful. We’ll definitely use Gophermods again.

These people are amazing! I REALLY COULD NOT HAVE HAD A BETTER EXPERIENCE. I brought them a phone to fix that was older, dead and wouldn't charge. There was a lot of unknowns going on with my phone. They kept in touch with me as the situation changed. My phone soon became a priority to them so they could get it back to me as soon as possible. It ended up not being worth it to fix in the end, but they transferred all my data to a new phone and made some adjustments per my request. After a couple days of working on it, I was afraid of the bill. They were more than reasonable. They are not only very knowledgeable in their work, they have outstanding customer service. I don't why you would ever go anywhere else for your electronic needs. In an era where good customer service seems to be a thing of the past....this was a wonderful experience. You will not be disappointed.

Tanner, Owen ,Emma, the whole staff worked to solve the issues with my phone restoring pictures of my late Mother and info for a legal issue. Additionally, they took the time to educate me when I asked a question. Excellent group of people to work with.

Great service at a very reasonable price

I've only had them repair my severely cracked iPad, but they have done brilliantly at making the iPad like new. I would definitely recommend them for this service.

I took my MBP in on a Wednesday and got it back the next day with a new OEM screen for hundreds less than Apple would of charged, and I didn’t have to wait two weeks. Highly recommend them for fast quality service.
