Oh man oh man I’ve been going here for years now whenever my screen is cracked or my battery is just not charging anymore I always come here one time the only fix was lint in my charger port sounds silly n dumb but it keep me from charging my phone and they didn’t charge me nice of them made me feel embarrassed but I love this place

Had a broken screen and malfunction on my Galaxy s10. After comparing a few repair shops Gophermods was the best price by a lot. They also had the repair parts in stock and were able to fix the phone in less than the expected 2hrs. The staff were very professional and helpful - answered all my questions, showed me all the functions were working and provide a 1 year warranty on repair. Highly recommended.

Great! Broke my phone screen and thought I lost pictures of my newborn and toddler ( never cried so hard in my life). Thought pictures were backed up but wasn't!! Heard about them through an employee at the geeksquad after being told they couldn't help me retrieve my photos or video. The service here was wonderful, they (forgot both men's name) put another phone brain into my phone and got ALL my pictures. Moments in time that i can never get back! so grateful!! Thank you!!!

Brought a Lenovo laptop in that was previously repaired by a national chain store repair team. Unfortunately, the previous repair was not done correctly, but we waited too long to complain (warranty period expired) because the previous repair had taken so long and we needed the laptop for the school year. The flaw grew worse over time and eventually it was not usable. With the school year starting up again we needed to bite the bullet and get it fixed. Brought the laptop to Gophermods and they fixed it in 2 days over a weekend. It appears to be working perfectly and we were only charged for labor. Super happy, because this was an expensive computer with only a bad repair (display wiring incorrectly installed). Most important, we have avoided an expensive purchase. Gophermods found the problem at their store, tested it and didn't need to send out for parts or off-site repair. Would go there again absolutely.

They told me what the potential concerns were and ran a diagnostic on my daughter’s iPhone 7 - $19 charge and that would apply to any repair. Charging port replacement was $89 plus tax. They told me what was wrong the night I dropped it off and called me the next morning and said what they completed and how much it would cost. If you need a “smart” device fixed hit up Gophermods!

GopherMods is awesome! I needed a power connector replace on my Surface Pro. Not only did GolpherMods fix my device... it was done for over half the cost and time of Microsoft.
