Just phenomenal; these guys are knowledgeable, courteous, and cool. Tanner went out of his way to make sure I was accommodated quickly for an out of stock part and the multiple component repair was done in less than 2 hours. 2 year old samsung Note 9 is like a brand new phone now for a fraction of the new phone price. IMPORTANT TO NOTE: repair is FREE if you have a Wells Fargo or Chase rewards credit card and pay your monthly cell phone bill with it; they will reimburse you for repairs up to $600 twice a year.

I've been to Gophermods a few times over the past few years and have always had a great experience. My most recent visit was due to a botched repair done through Asurion insurance that cracked the back glass of my phon . Amber at Goohermods in Eagan was able to fix the glass and battery of my phone at a fraction of what the deductible would have been. She made sure to reach out and verify that I had a current backup before performing a reset of my phone. Great, knowledgeable staff that are a pleasure to work with!
