Always great service and the food is exactly as described. They take great care with any food allergies or intolerance, which is one of the main reasons why I go there. It’s a great farm to table model that offers great food for everyone…carnivores, omnivores, vegetarians and vegans. The staff is always lovely to deal with and Will cater to your needs. It is a very large and busy location so keep that in mind when booking. I strongly suggest making a reservation no matter the time of day.

Everything we had at True Food was very delicious. The dishes at this place are mostly plant based, so I wouldn’t recommend it to any carnivores. Nevertheless, the ingredients used were bursting with flavor.

Unusual healthy food in combinations I've never heard about. You have to try the food. I had spaghetti squash with pasta sauce. There's also a selection of drinks that are unique. All very good. There's an outdoor seating option in addition to a large indoor area. They offer order ahead to pick-up. Friendly employees that are into healthy food. Parking can be an issue since it's inside Fadhion Valley mall.

The non-alcoholic drinks, while limited, are very tasty. The Poke bowl had great flavor and was very filling. The squash soup was something I tried without high hopes and I was pleasantly surprised. The soup was very hearty, flavorful and a great price.

I really loved sitting outside next to the fire pit. True flavor. Very good dishes nice welcoming service. I tried the flatbed Pizza. I also tried the hibiscus margarita. An amazing salad. And the lasagna with chicken sausage was great. I would totally recommend this place if you're looking for healthier eats. The inside was spacious and clean vibe

Best place I’ve eaten in San Diego. The Brussel sprouts and cauliflower were my favorites along with the spicy curry bowl. Will definitely be back again.
