Fantastic! We went here on a whim because our other option had a wait time of over an hour. It took us a only minutes to be seated and we were immediately waited on. For starters I think they did something to our water because it was so good, I know I'm raving about water, but I'm from Utah where it can get pretty bad in certain areas. They have just redone their menu so the cooks were a little slow, the manager didn't like that at all and was so kind giving us a free appetizer, the guacamole was one the best most freshest ever. The food was brought out shortly after, unfortunately our steak was either missed or just very behind the manager went back her self and made it, my father in law went to heaven with how juicy and tender it was, not to mention she took his meal off the check for the inconvenience. Amazing service fantastic food, please give us a location in Utah and you will have a regular for life.

Delicious went to true foods in fashion valley mall for my Birthday had the roasted brussel sprouts, grass fed burger with sweet potato hash, sat at the bar, the bar tender/waiter was great. I would recommend True Foods Kitchen and try the roasted brussel sprouts

This place is incredible!! Very delicious, food allergy friendly menu with lots of GF, V and VEG options, and I highly recommend the edamame guacamole with GF pita! The brussel sprouts and GF flatbread were delicious as well.

Fast, delicious and healthy! Service was very friendly and the atmosphere was open and inviting! If you are into clean eating at a reasonable price then True Food Kitchen is the place for you. I will go back again and again!!!

Jordan and Ian were pleasant and they both knew what we wanted from the menu. I never had such an experience based on the quality of the food and the great chemistry with both waiters. I recommend the True Food Kitchen to anyone. 5 stars for sure!!

Great place to eat. Lots of great healthy choices on the menu. You can sit inside or outside and it is located at the fashion valley with plenty of high-end shopping opportunities. Recommended.

Really enjoyed this. Lots of healthy options but still enjoyable. Had the margherita pizza and turkey burger. Good flavor, good portions. Cocktails were delicious. Enjoyed sitting outside. Service was excellent. Liked that they had vegan cheese available for many dishes.

Now this is a 5-star I’d hop in bed with. Type of place you want to try more than one menu item, thus have to visit again. Yeah, this means it’s my first time visit but will definitely visit again.
Only real criticism is that the tofu should have been slightly lowered in price, almost on par with the meat subs but hey, what are ya gonna do.

This place is amazing and I am only realizing now that despite our visit being just over a year ago I am still talking about it and they more than deserve this praise. My wife has food intolerances which leave her having a dairy free, gluten free, sugar free, soy free, no refined oils and low GI diet and the selection and level of accommodation at this location had us both close to tears as we have not been able to have a truly comfortable dining experience where we don’t feel like we are a burden on the chef like this for as long as we can remember. Best healthy food around! The teriyaki quinoa is delicious. Add chicken and it can’t be beat. Cool atmosphere with in open floor plan. Inside and outside dining with fire ring and space heater. Also one of the best servers (Jacob) and best cappuccino’s I’ve experienced in a long. Will definitely repeat. #healthy #fresh #coolvibe #quinoa #cheers

Absolutely Delicious, this was our first time and we will be back. Food was excellent, healthy and gluten free. The service was super friendly too. Jeremy and Antoinette were stand outs.. Sooooo Good. I've recently become more conscious of what I'm eating and this place makes you want to eat healthy cause it's yummy AF.
