The Shrimp Tacos were of the highest quality, incredibly tasty, with a lovely presentation. The accompanying Anasazi beans were amazing in and of themselves. Our kind, dedicated, cheerful server, Michelle, not only complemented but completed our outstanding experience!

Saturday night's goal was to go to PF Changs but they had a 1 hour and a half wait so we stumbled on this fine establishment. To start. The 2 hostesses were so friendly and welcoming. My fiancé and I were seated immediately and were directed to a clean table. A friendly waitress arrived named Tammy Sheasley who was the sweetest and friendliest waitress ever. She was so down to earth. We had a spectacular evening thanks to her and the food was amazing. The ancient grains bowl was superb. The kale salad was to die for. The salmon was was made to perfection. The adult beverages were super good as well! Thank you Truefoods I will definitely will be back again!

True Foods is a delicious restaurant that gives you food for everyone to enjoy. Meat Eaters, Vegetarians and Vegans rejoice! We had the edamame guacamole which was really tasty, the chicken sausage pizza is to die for and our lovely waiter recommended the gluten-free quinoa brownie and coconut ice cream for dessert and it put us in heaven. True foods can you tell me where you got that ice cream? Im a fan!

I had the ancient grains bowl last night!!! Soooooo good. The flavors were so fierce. The chicken was so soft and juicy!!! Excellent sauces and a huge portion!! I want another.

Love that they have veggie and vegan options. The teriyaki quinoa bowl was amazing. Everyone at the table loved the chopped salad. Serena was the absolute best server. Thank you for a great experience!

The food was really good, and I totally did not expect that from a healthy restaurant. Also, Grant is awesome he's such a friendly, jolly, and excellent server. He was the best server I have ever had! and he gave wonderful insight about the food, and just overall a great guy!

Trufood kitchen is what its name is. It's good food. The quality of ingredients are amazing and while it may not be for everyone, if you're looking for something healthy and good this is a good place.
