We would give it 6 stars if we could! We ate there twice because the food, presentation, and service was above and beyond. Grant answered all our questions about ingredients and was so helpful. Danielle, the manager, was so genuine and kind. She asked us how our meal was and gave us suggestions on places to visit in San Diego. If you want to experience delicious flavors that will satisfy your taste buds, try True Food Kitchen! It is true to its name. The menu has amazing healthy choices.

Healthy and yummy! The pizza (even without the cheese on it) was delicious and the dessert was so great without feeling overly heavy or sugary. Lauren was our server and did a great job taking care of us even with a full section. Definitely wanna come back!

Excellent service and outstanding food. I started off with a fresh juice and the charred cauliflower, which was cooked with harissa, dates, and pistachios and then had the spinach and mushroom pizza, which was also one of their vegan options. Compliments to the chef. They do amazing work here.

I am giving five stars to this restaurant, because it is an amazing place to visit even though when you are not in the mood to shop. Great place to wait while the rest of your party is shopping. The food is excellent, the treat, the ambience. Many delicious food like “street tacos, red fish, their famous quinoa and bison burger, drinks and so on.
All these made with special care and for people who are looking to have a great lunch, dinner, etc. Moreover, for those who like to eat healthy and keep fit while the rest of their party is having a pizza, at the same time.
