I love the food here everything is always delicious. They always seem to have a ton of choices to accommodate my bizarre multitude of food allergies and the staff is usually very helpful in finding a few dishes I will enjoy. Being a vegan who can't have soy, wheat, hemp,black beans, or apples, things tend to get interesting when I go out, but I always have a good meal when I stop in here.

My colleagues and I were at a conference in San Diego so we had to eat out for every meal and were tired of the typical greasy, high-calorie restaurant food. While walking at the Fashion Valley mall, we found True Food. We all ordered something different and every one of us was very pleased with the quality of the food, menu variety, and service. I am a lacto-ova vegetarian and I found many choices on the menu, even several vegan options. I chose a sandwich with tempeh. It came with a kale salad and sweet potato fries. Overall, the restaurant was a great experience and I highly recommend it. Below are pictures of our lunches.

Food was very fresh my wife had the tacos I had the burger one of my girls had the teriyaki bowl and the other had the mozzarella and organic tomatoes pizza. We all enjoyed. Service was very good also.
