If you want seasonally fresh, healthy, and original dishes this would be a great choice. Restaurant is huge, with a ton of covered outdoor seating. Staff is very warm and attentive. Not much for a small, quick lunch on a budget, but prices are about typical these days. Abundant free parking. Room for groups to be seated together

I really really like True Food and am a fan of Dr.Weil the inspiration behind the restaurant. Only complaint is that the salmon is not wild caught which makes a huge difference in omega levels...farmed fish is seriously subpar

It’s good. A little expensive for what you get but that’s what comes along with a huge spot located in a mall. It can take quite a long time to get the food depending on how busy it is. It has a patio and outside seating for the summer which is a bonus.

Only got takeout from here while on vacation and the food was amazing! Wish we had time to sit and eat here since the location is beautifully designed, especially the outdoor seating area. The vegetarian options are plentiful and really great in flavor and freshness. Only downside is the portion size, and which I wish we larger, given the prices. But I guess good quality food is never inexpensive. The edamame dumplings were our favorite, unlike any we've had before. Could have had this as an entree!
