I have been looking for a salon in the Manchester area for almost two years and I haven't had any luck finding one I wanted to stick with. I went to H2O for the first time yesterday and I will definitely be going back! Will, the "Razor Guru" did an amazing job with my hair. It came out exactly the way I wanted it! Everyone was nice and friendly and I was very relaxed.

I took my daughter by the other day to see Micayla, she put PURPLE highlights in her hair and did an amazing job. She was very sweet and kind with my daughter and got the job done beautifully. Thank you Micayla !

Waxer is extremely inexperienced. I used to love coming here but it took almost two hours to get a Brazilian wax and she left hair there. Had an extremely difficult time getting the wax off. She gave me a 20% discount but I asked the manager for someone more experienced to finish the job. They have no one. She was supposed to call me back we ith another discount and never even called me... not the service I used to get and not the service I expecte. So disappointed

I made an appointment for a cut and blow dry. Heather - the business owner took the appointment. She chose to cut my hair dry - no wash or blow dry. Then charged $70. This is the price for a cut and blow dry - service I did not receive. Terrible service. Outrageous price for 10 minutes of lackadaisical work. I’ve been to this salon several times. A returning customer! I will not be going back.

I have been to the salon multiple times in the past and have always been happy with results. I went yesterday for a layered cut and had Heather. My hair is long, wavy, and below my ribcage. She cut the top half of my hair so it was about 5 inches long but left the entire bottom half untouched. I’ve never been one to complain about hair; I’m super low maintenance. I looked like Tiger King and had to go elsewhere. I ended up going to Beauty Cottage in NH and they were HORRIFIED with the cut Heather gave me. They were able to do some blending but said Heather literally gave me “one layer.” My hair looked like a shelf. I’ll spare the photos, they’re embarrassing. Save yourself and go elsewhere unless you want a good laugh.

Highly do not recommend this location, my significant other went in and they were very rude. They also acted like they were much better and made them very upset. We will not be returning.

The salon is not a professional salon and it's similar to just a Great Clips or Supercuts nail salon if you want to get a really nice hairstyle or something more details I don't recommend going to this as they have mostly beginner hairstylist working there which is fine but if you are looking for more advanced type of treatments or hairstyles do not go here and their hair stylist are very rude
