Service was great until got the vehicle then when called about missing parts was told they'd get them out to me that was in April it's now September can't return calls or send the parts out becareful cause after there 30day warranty and return policy's they don't care even if you call about issues within 30days they will drag it out till that 30days is up aswell as paper work errors on km so when you look at finance paper km is different and theres is different nothing is done about it and just get the run around

Overpriced vehicles with the cheapest parts and brakes used in them. They put the minimal effort to make it seem like they care about the customer but will do whatever they can to avoid helping you out once the car is sold. Their vehicles do not pass provincial safety inspections and they will try and take advantage of inexperienced drivers and car owners. When I think about stereotypical sleezy used car salesman, these guys come to mind.

Bought a 2019 Acura here in Regina last year it has an outdated navigation but requested for an updated with the guy who helped me to get that Acura waited for months like more than 2 months to bring back my Acura at the dealership but they bought the wrong update after sending them all the details and everything so I’ve waited again without knowing that the dealership got closed by November without any heads up on my concern when I call the guy which I remember his name is Nishant. I call around first week of December to check what happen to my update then he just told me that the dealership was closed and told me to call Ronnie the manager that time. I don’t bother to call him it was really a disappointing dealing with this dealership this is the second time a get my car with this dealership and I can say that I have the same experience

I will never return to this place. I was young and they took advantage of me. Bought first vehicle here deal was fine. Until they called me for upgrade of course as a young adult I was excited. So I checked it out. The guy was dealing with kept pushing to get me to sign wasn’t sure if I should. Said well I don’t want to lose money. He ensured me nothing was being added on and what not convinced me. Couple years went buy went to buy a house and banker informed me of the stupid move I made that 10 grand was even added. So basically they will take advantage of you I wish I would have knew more about the situation I got myself into. So basically I paid double the price of the car because some bs sakes man. Not saying there whole staff is bad but thanks to the man who basically bullshit just to get me sign and make money

0 rating!I got my car at drive nation feb.8 after a week I know there is problem already with my car!I keep on calling them it’s hard to reach out to them so I went to their office they sent me to caltire and yes there are problems already!after 3 months there are lots of problems already and doesn’t want to fixed it anymore!they keep on saying 3 months warranty done!all I know if you get a car from them even it’s used they fixed and put in a good condition!they took advantage of me because I told them I don’t know anything about car!old battery they promised to replace but no replacement happen!they give me asummer tire that can’t use I just found out only when I went to tire shop to change my summer tire!The car totally trash…stay away with them…imagine there are lots fixed during the 3 months warranty after 3 months still a burden to me !
