First time using them. We pulled right up, they unloaded our documents, weighed them, and shredded them while we watched. The whole process took less than 5 minutes. Pricing is very reasonable. The staff member that helped us was absolutely amazing. We will definitely use them again in the future.

This is such a great place to take your documents for shredding. They could not be nicer, the pricing is very reasonable and they don’t have a minimum amount required. I drive from Libertyville because I trust them completely. Update: I understand the need for a minimum. Still a great place for shredding services!

Can't say enough good things about our extremely positive experience with Shred Spot. They were friendly, responsive, and came right to our house in a mobile shredding truck to shred bucketfuls of our old documents while we watched. At the last minute I also gave them an old laptop, from which they removed and destroyed a hard drive for an additional charge of only $10. Bottom line, in 20 minutes they took care of one of those nagging tasks we've been meaning to do for years, and somehow even made it a pleasant experience. Would use them again in a heartbeat.
