We have already started championing this business to friends since our experience today was fantastic every step of the way - from the timely answers to an email question, to the ease of scheduling an appt and above all, the top-notch employees during our appt. I was with my 92 yo father who wanted to make sure all his old documents were shredded properly. The two employees were kind (explaining every step) and very efficient! Lastly, you can't beat the price for a large shredding project!

This is such a great place to take your documents for shredding. They could not be nicer, the pricing is very reasonable and they don’t have a minimum amount required. I drive from Libertyville because I trust them completely. Update: I understand the need for a minimum. Still a great place for shredding services!

Can't say enough good things about our extremely positive experience with Shred Spot. They were friendly, responsive, and came right to our house in a mobile shredding truck to shred bucketfuls of our old documents while we watched. At the last minute I also gave them an old laptop, from which they removed and destroyed a hard drive for an additional charge of only $10. Bottom line, in 20 minutes they took care of one of those nagging tasks we've been meaning to do for years, and somehow even made it a pleasant experience. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

Shred Spot did a great job!

I am in the process of getting my mother moved which has been very stressful. She had boxes of paper of old bills, documents, checks and etc that really needed to be shredded. Shred Spot was recommended to me because this company will come to you and shred the documents in front of you. Marc Cornfield was able to explain the price, process and how everything was done. But my true hero is Abel Perez. He was very patient and showed me the shredder and explained his process. He was so wonderful and patient and when everything was done, my stress level was decreased by many points. Now to get her physically moved. Thank you Shred Spot!
