Cannot recommend this service enough! I am usually too type A to enjoy a surprise of this magnitude, but just hate coordinating details with a group. Not only do they take care of every detail, they honestly did a better job than I would.
My brothers and I were looking to celebrate a milestone together and thought a road trip would be fun. Together we probably would have annoyed each other with details, settled on an air bnb and maybe a hike. Whym set us up in a city we never would have chosen and helped us fall in love. Their itinerary had several pages of not just things they suggested we do, but also why they thought we’d like it. Plus, when we hit a snag- a REAL PERSON followed up within minutes and helped us resolve it.
I have been recommending this to all my friends and will definitely use them again.
It was incredible, they planned everything and gave us plenty of time to get through everything. 10 out of 10. Plan a vacation with them you won’t regret it. And we did everything they told us too , cause online it sounded like when people went astray they had regrets. Can’t wait for our next On A Whym trip.
Whym was simply incredible. When we first booked, we loved the suspense of wondering where my siblings and I were going to go. We kept talking about it for 2 months. Every update on the weather and what to pack made it even more exciting. Once the trip started, we were blown away by the itinerary and how detailed it was. We were also delighted to see extra surprises thrown in. Every surprise was exciting and the whole trip was perfectly catered to our likes. We loved how helpful Whym was and were happy to be able to text real people in real time. Some activities went longer than intended, causing us to miss some reservations on the itinerary. We let Whym know and they were able to switch things around for us immediately and accommodate our schedule. They were friendly and insightful. I've been recommending them to all of my friends and family. If you want an excellent vacation without the hassle of planning, go with Whym! 10/10!
This was my first time booking a “surprise” trip. My friends and I waited 6 months from the time of booking until the trip and we were so excited when the time finally came. And of course, the day we were to leave, Hurricane Milton was hitting Florida and one of my friends could not fly out. Whym expertly worked with us to change our arrangements so that my friend could fly a day later and my other friend and I could extend our trip by a day so we could still have a good experience. They had to not only make the flight changes, accommodations changes, car rental changes, as well as change our whole itinerary around. They were awesome and we would definitely book again. It was a good experience despite really challenging circumstances.
