Have used Hughes hire previously as they are the preferred VIP chauffeur company by Emirates. All experience has been exemplary. Picked up at airport last night by Sef who went beyond his duties. I was on crutches so he looked after all luggage even bringing the bags into our home. Sef was a pleasure to deal with and have no hesitation in recommending Hughes.

Being a first Class passenger with Emirates I was a little disappointed in the car. Emirates advertise an S Class Mercedes or a similar class of car. I am not sure which make of car collected me from Brisbane Airport. We have a S Class Mercedes ourselves so I was expecting this class of luxury. The driver Craig was very professional. Engaging in worldly topics. Craig was a very safe driver & was very courteous at all times.
