We used HUGHES on 4 occasions during our trip around Australia. On all occasions the right vehicle was present and all drivers friendly and helpful. The cars were always on time with a helpful tracker service and message saying they were on the way. I would definitely use Hughes again and recommend them to others. Booking online was also very easy!
