"Good things come to those who wait." It's cliche, sure. But, in the case of our new garage, it is very fitting.
Mike was great throughout the process. He worked with us to find a design that would fit our budget while maximizing our list of features we wanted for the new build. He was patient and really helped us think through what items on our wish list to prioritize. His desire for our satisfaction was clear from the moment we first spoke through to the end of the build.
The crews Fisher Garages use are top notch. After seeing the pad, we almost didn't want to erect the rest of the structure! To say his carpenters were fantastic is an understatement. The extensive electrical work for which we asked was installed cleanly and in a flash. The finish work is seamless.
We opted for a pretty customized build, separating the structure into a car stall where we could also entertain and a storage area with a loft above it. The custom materials brought with them a longer wait than we were expecting, but Fisher Garage's focus on our satisfaction extended well beyond the sales meetings through the entire process. Sam, our project manager for our build, was focused on ensuring we got what we wanted as soon as he could make it happen. It's likely that the delays we experienced wouldn't have occurred with a more traditional build. Just be prepared to wait a while if you're asking for something specific and non-standard.
That said, the wait was well worth it. We're eager for spring so we can begin using our new space to entertain, and with winter approaching we're looking forward to not having to scrape the cars every morning. The garage we now have is a dream come true!
