Like anyone does in looking for a builder, we got many estimates. Fisher Garages was not the lowest, nor were they the highest. What stood out to us was the professionalism, and the promise for the highest quality and and attention to detail. Our garage was built spring 2021. There were a few delays between steps because the pandemic and the many issues it has caused. But Micheal kept us informed and was always honest, upfront and helpful in addressing any problem. Every crew that came out was extremely impressive. The demo crew was so efficient and unbelievably quick. Working in a tight city alley, they folded up our old garage up like a napkin working around power lines, neighboring properties and alley traffic. They were in and out in under 2 hours. Same with the concrete guys, builders and the electricians. Fast, efficient, attention to detail. But the best part was our new space. We went from a collapsing rat infested junk pile to a perfect, clean and elegant space. And almost a year later, I can say the concrete has held up well and we have had no issues at all with anything. I'm not exaggerating when I say this garage has changed our life. It expanded our living space. My husband was out of work and started building things. He started with shelves for the new garage, then couldn't stop. He found a love of woodworking he didn't even know he had. He has built a wood shop in the garage and now operates his bussiness, 773 Woodworking, out of the garage. And I can't say enough about Micheal. There are bound to be problems in any build, but I would rather have Micheal on my side that anyone else. I felt comfortable bring any issue up and knew we would figure out the best solution. He is fair, kind, professional, and has selected the best crews to create a quality product.
