We cannot say enough about Holli, our coach and trainer, with Sam Ivy. We have a very lovable (and very big) bernedoodle. We recently moved across country and our buddy, Miloh, was having issues with aggression and protecting his new territory. We desperately needed help to correct this new behavior and Holli was a lifesaver! We were skeptical as to how a dog training program over zoom would be effective but after a short time with Holli we understood. She worked with my husband and me and taught us how to train Miloh. We are now the alphas in our house and Miloh is much more enjoyable to be around. Holli showed us so much care, compassion and grace throughout our 3 month program! We wouldn’t be where we are today with Miloh if it wasn’t for her. It is obvious she loves dogs, her job and helping people! Thank you Holli, for everything!

I am so happy I found SamIvy! Holli has been an absolutely amazing trainer and has helped us so much. Our 3 year old mini dachshund Rue has always been super friendly, loving and well behaved. He just never was trained properly for basic commands, walking, etc. He recently started getting a little reactive to other dogs which he never did before, which was the main reason I reached out to SamIvy. Within one session with Holli we noticed a difference in Rue! She explains everything so clearly and is so helpful. It's only been a few sessions but my fiancé and I are already bragging to other people about what a difference we've seen! I couldn't recommend SamIvy enough.

Holli is an outstanding trainer, both of dogs ... and their owners . Professional, conscientious, personable, and passionate about her job. Working with Holli, our 15-week old Maltese, Coco, was potty-trained after 3 sessions, and "spot" trained in just a few more. While we tried to implement e-collar training, my wife and I felt it was just a bit too much for our little, 3-lb. Coco. We especially appreciate that Holli graciously respected our decision. Over and above, she explicitly offered at every training session that should we have any questions or concerns to please reach out to her between sessions. Just the best! 12 ⭐'s out of 10 !!

SamIvy was a great investment! Our trainer Holli helped my wife and I learn the right skills to properly train our dogs. I’ve had dogs in the past and self trained them. It’s always worked but my newest dog needed some extra help. Holli was knowledgeable and taught me the right way to break Gator out of her shell. We will be taking the lessons learned and using them for the rest of our lives on all of our dogs.

I felt like I had just tossed a hefty sum into the wind, hoping for a miracle cure for what I thought was my dog's ADHD-like behavior. Little did I know, this decision would be one of the best investments I've made for both my furry friend and me. Sam Ivy himself set the tone for the journey during our initial consultation, generously spending two hours patiently guiding me through the program and easing my anxieties about training concepts. His reassurance was a lifeline when I felt utterly lost and worthless in my attempts to train my dog. After reading rave reviews about Holli, I specifically requested her as our trainer. She promptly reached out to schedule our sessions, and from that moment on, our progress soared. Now, as we near the end of our 12-session program, I'm astounded by the transformation in my pup. Thanks to Holli's expert guidance, my furry companion has grasped boundaries, making our daily interactions smoother and more enjoyable. Even my reluctance for crate training dissolved as I witnessed my dog not only embrace his crate but genuinely enjoy spending time there. Holli's patience, kindness, and unwavering support have been invaluable throughout this journey. I feel incredibly fortunate to have worked wth her and hope our paths cross again, perhaps in an off-leash class with my newly well-behaved companion. If I were to offer a critique, it would be regarding the absence of a collar clip in the training kit provided by Sam Ivy. While it's a small expense, approximately $15 on Amazon, it felt like an unnecessary additional cost, especially considering the investment already made in the program. In retrospect, my skepticism about the program and its cost seemed justified. Yet, Sam's professionalism and genuine care, coupled with Holli's expertise, turned what I considered a gamble into a wise investment. Through Sam Ivy's program, I've not only witnessed a remarkable improvement in my dog's behavior but also deepened my understanding of him, strengthening our bond immeasurably.

We just finished our training with Holli. She is FANTASTIC. She went above and beyond to accommodate our needs with our dog. I highly recommend Holli if you are looking for a trainer.
