You get a dog trained to not just make your life better, but their’s as well... and Samy ivy is the best program to accomplish this! What an amazing organization, centered around the true building blocks of a dogs foundation in order to correct a series of bad behaviors. I searched every where for a perfect trainer for my Loki, but nothing worked. He knew all the commands in the book, however he didn’t respect me enough and chose when to ignore them. He had a series of bad behaviors including barking, jumping, and high anxiety/energy. It was getting to the point where my girlfriend and I couldn’t even take him on a walk because he was so hyper. I called Sam Ivy K9 and they paired me up with Blas, the perfect trainer for Loki. Ive never met a trainer like Blas, so experienced and so professional. Upon first meeting Loki I knew he was going to make our lives better. Where Blas really shined is his ability to not only find the best methods for correcting Loki’s behavior but also when it came to educating us as the owners. He taught us in a way that made sense, and was always available to answer any questions we had night or day! If it wasn’t for Blas, idk where we’d be. Truly can’t thank Blas and the Sam Ivy program enough. Loki has done a complete 180 and with that, he’s truly enjoying life so much more. Now I can take him on runs, bring him with us to lunch spots, and have the ability to take him anywhere. In the past we were forced to keep this energetic goof ball at home, but now, he’s always at our side. Thank you Blas for truly changing ours and our dogs life!

Our dog came to us with a troubled background. We tried other methods of training but Sam Ivy has been the best for him! Miguel was a professional and always explained the details of the training as long as it took for us to understand. Our dog is a pro on walks and riding in the car which was impossible for us to do in the past.

I can’t express how how grateful I am with this company. Best investment of my life. My Labrador was a hot mess with no kind of obedience what’s so ever. He would wake me up barking every hour I was ready to give him away. My trainer Jewelle is excellent! She worked with my schedule, she is very professional and patient. In less that a week of training, my Labrador was a different dog! He now listens and follow commands and he was able to graduate! I highly recommend Sam Ivy K9 Consultants. I got a Havanese puppy (his name is Teddy) for Christmas. The breeder had not potty/paper trained or leash trained him. Not being experienced or even knowing how to train a puppy, I researched different places for training. I liked the idea of having the training at my house where Teddy was comfortable and there were fewer distractions. I was able to get an appointment for a consultation quickly. The methods and expectations were explained and all our questions and concerns were addressed. Our trainer, Alexis, was knowledgeable and wonderful with Teddy. On the first day, Alexis had Teddy walking on a leash and gave us some ideas on how to get him to eat (Teddy wouldn’t eat unless it was on the couch between my husband and I). When talking to the owner and to Alexis, you can tell that they really love what they do and care about the animals they train as well as their owners. I definitely would use them again and highly recommend them!!!!

Our rescue English bulldog had many aggressive issues. Our last option was to hire a trainer and we couldn't be happier. His behavior has improved dramatically. There's still work to be done but for the most part we have notice the difference. We have learned "K9" language it's unbelievable the things we had no clue about. I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Sam Ivy and our trainer Alexis. A couple months ago, we decided to adopt a second dog. We already had one large dog and the one we adopted is about 100 pounds. Two XL dogs in the house was chaos, especially because the new one was only 7 months old. He was destructive (RIP to about 8 pairs of shoes, my wedding album & a couple purses) and had crazy energy that we didn’t know what to do with. I was at my wits end, to the point that I would get anxiety driving home from work, knowing the chaos that was going to ensue. That’s when we decided to make the investment into Sam Ivy. It is expensive. There are no two ways around that, but it’s so so worth it. I used to get dragged around the neighborhood when I would attempt to walk them both together. Now they stay on either side of me without any pulling. We have learned to harness the puppies energy in a constructive way and his distructivness has seen such an improvement.
