We have a 2 yo Labahoula, Trump, and a 1 yo Lab, Marley. When Sam appeared at our door, our boys had pretty much taken over our home, and destroyed much of the inside. We immediately handed over our investment, feeling confident and having faith in the program we chose. About two weeks later, Nicole appeared at our door, ready to get Trump and Marley started on the Advanced Off Leash program. From the moment she walked in, our lives had changed forever. Trump and Marley went from non stop barking and “play fighting” in the house, destroying walls and furniture in the process to knowing how to “sit, stay, lay down, and come” on command. There is no more incessant barking! Nicole is kind, patient, funny, so incredibly caring and full of knowledge. She immediately became a member of our family, always being patient with our 4 yo daughter in all training, and always including anyone at our home (I.e. our nanny, my parents from NJ, etc.) in training as well. Her knowledge and capabilities to communicate her knowledge is extensive. Nicole was always determined to have us and our boys reach their training goals in a timely fashion, and was never afraid to try different techniques to work with each dogs personality. She inspired my family in NJ to go back and teach their dogs “spot”! Lololol! Now, a few months later, Trump and Marley are graduates of Sam Ivey’s Advanced Off Leash Program, and we are so very happy. We don’t worry about them fleeing the home, or bolting on a walk. They have manners. And perhaps most importantly, we are finally able to fix the walls and couch! LOl! Anyone who is in need, or is desperate to save themselves from their beloved canines need Nicole in their life. We HIGHLY recommend her! Nicole is now a member of our family and continues checking in on us and the boys. We miss not seeing her three times a week! If you are blessed with Nicole as your trainer be prepared to have her change your life like she changed ours.

I was searching for good dog trainers for my 6 month old Miniature Schnauzer. I consulted various but what made me decide for Sam Ivy was the amount of visits that the trainer would go to my home to train the dog and also the professionalism that Enzo portrayed while explaining to us what the training consisted of and what to expect from our dog when the training finished. The trainer, Nicole, was wonderful to our boy. She was very attentive with him and took her time with our dog. She went into detail as to how and why the training was being done that way. She spent time also teaching us on how to continue the training so that he would not go back to his old behaviors. She is very knowledgeable with dog behavior. Our dog has become a very well behave pup. We take him everywhere with us and we are extremely happy with the outcome of his training.

We have a German Sheperd called Cessna and she was really bad behave with everybody, we tried training her at a local pet store and nothing happened, until we found out about Sam Ivy K9 consultants and since the first time Jackie, our trainer, came home our lives changes. We are so glad with her, we couldnt imagine that change could happened, now she is the best dog i’ve ever had, i love going out with her and she is so well behave everybody congrats us for that. We are thinking in upgrading the program in a near future and will defenetily ask for Jackie again now that she and Cessna are best buddies! Thanks Jackie!

Just finished the full training program with my dog, Tucker, and I could not be more impressed! Before we started working with Sam Ivy K9, Tucker was a spastic puppy I could barely handle. I wasn’t sure what training methods to use and how to harness his energy. After our consult with Enzo, I felt so confident and at ease. The methods they use are proven to work and the process is amazing! We loved working with Ariel - she was so accommodating and patient, and really helped me gain the confidence needed to train my dog! Tucker is now a full on service dog at just 7 months old. His behavior has done a complete 180 but he still has the same fun, energetic temperament. I can’t say enough good things about working with Ariel and Sam Ivy K9!

Calling Sam Ivy was one of the best decisions I could have made for my dogs, Riggins and Murphy. A huge thank you to Nicole, she is amazing! Riggins showed aggressive and skittish behavior and with her help and the right tools, he is like a new dog with all the confidence in the world! Murphy is much more obedient and stopped pulling on walks after the second day of training! This type of training, you can't get from anywhere else. I am so thankful for Nicole and Sam Ivy, I highly recommend them!

I worked with Ryann in the intermediate off-leash program and she was amazing. I have a chow chow rescue who used to live on the streets in his former life, and I have had many problems with him showing dominant, defiant, aggressive behavior. I could never have anyone in the house when I wasn't home, even people he had met before, and he would often choose not to listen when I reprimanded him. I met Sam and I was skeptical at first when I heard some of the things that we would be doing in the program, kind of the "I'll believe it when I see it" attitude, but quickly I found that their methods truly work. We've just completed the program and Jack is just like a regular dog. He respects me so much more, listens to me even when I know he doesn't want to, and shows more affection than ever before. My friends and family are truly astounded. He just had his first weekend babysitter and I hired my first dog walker-- which I NEVER EVER would have been able to do before. Ryann was amazing, she was so patient with me and with Jack and she tailored our sessions to meet his specific needs and was great working around my crazy schedule. I definitely recommend her!!

What we were told they could do they did and more. We got Nicole as our trainer and she was the perfect person for the task at hand. We have 3 dogs a Mastiff, a Rottweiler and a little Pekingese Chihuahua who were all over the place before Nicole. She spent as much time training us as she did the dogs. She took her time with each step and the end result is nothing short of amazing. Now we are the proud parents of 3 dogs that behave the way we always wanted. Putting them On Spot when guests arrive and have them stay until they are released is awesome. If you need a trainer for your dog they are the ones to have. Nicole was born to train dogs and our 3 are proof of that. Thank You Sam Ivy for a job well done.
