I hate the dentist. I’m a menial flosser at best, who LOVES sugar (but my smile still pretty) so appointments can be stressful. This place is less stressful than my job! The staff is attentive and efficient. Ms. April and the team at the front do the best at working with your insurance and budget. Geneva and the hygienists are gentle and destress even the most anxiety-giving procedures. Dr. Shahrzad is knowledgeable and personable. He clearly communicates what is happening and what next steps should be taken without giving the “used car salesman” push. The office is modern with forward technology and smart TVs in exam rooms. They are meticulous in regards to cleanliness and COVID protocols. I live in Arlington and make the treck out of the city to come here because I know I will be taken care of. Also- for those that care: the staff is diverse and a great representation of the DC populous.
